Pick-up and delivery of docs provided upon request. Harlequin Mobile Notary has the flexibility to accommodate busy schedules and non standard working hours. Daytime, Evening and Weekend loan signing and notarizations are available at a convenient location of your choice

We provide Loan Signing Services for the State of California and serve all of Northern California.

Harlequin Mobile Notary supports the communities we work in by donating our time and services to local senior centers. With a sincere passion, our Senior Program provides assistance to seniors in getting all their affairs in order. We are glad to be a contributing factor in the communities and to the seniors who reside in them.

At Harlequin Mobile Notary we fully support and appreciate the efforts of adopting parents, we take pride in assisting in the numerous notarizations needed for the Adoption application. We will travel to Employment, Police, Doctors, and County Recorder for Authentication, State regional offices and other locations needed in the application process of Adoption.

Acceptable Identification
All signers MUST have a Government issued photo identification to present to the Notary. Examples of accepted forms of identification are as follows:

1. Driver's License or DMV ID card
2. US Passport
3. US Military ID
4. Inmate ID issued by the California Department of Corrections, but only to prisoners in custody
5. Foreign Passport stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
