I’m Delores Rogers, a Sonoma County Realtor with Reserve Properties, specializing in commercial and residential sales, land development, and complex compliance projects. With decades of hands-on experience in construction, property restoration, and real estate, I understand every stage of development—from the ground up.

I began my journey to be self sufficient at 21 years old having moved to SF from OHIO. Once I settled I landing a pioneering role with VITASOY, introducing soymilk to Northern California long before it became mainstream. I opened 500 stores in a short time, but when reformulation challenges arose, I transitioned to the San Francisco Newspaper Agency (Chronicle and Examiner) as a Local 921 Teamster—working alongside men fresh out of prison. That experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to thrive in any environment. Loved the comradery, I felt very protected.

After moving to Petaluma, I decided to work for myself, leveraging my experience as a journeyman electrician and carpenter to manage large-scale property developments and restorations. I’ve personally remodeled four homes for fun and managed complex projects like the Cotati Restoration, focused on re-establishing endangered tiger salamander habitat, collaborating closely with county and state agencies. I’m also developing a 15-acre mitigation project in Santa Rosa, demonstrating my commitment to sustainable, compliant development practices.

Earlier in my career, I served as site superintendent for the San Joaquin Hotel restoration in San Francisco, transforming a historic property into a modern 90-room residential hotel. That project required navigating complex agency approvals and reinforced my skills in persistence, communication, and creative problem-solving.

I also help local homeowners resolve compliance issues, protecting their properties and investments. My passion goes beyond selling real estate—it’s about creating housing solutions and building community. Currently, my team is advocating for AB 1033, opening new pathways for affordable housing and ADU ownership, supporting seniors and families in Sonoma County.
